Roxbury Community College presents Sweet Honey In The Rock® on Friday, March 9, 2018, at New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall. This is the College’s first celebrity fundraiser! It will be Greater Boston’s chance to see this amazing ensemble rooted in African American history and culture as they “entertain educate and empower” listeners with their inspiring acapella arrangements and electric performance. Renowned throughout the world, Sweet Honey in the Rock offers an evening of music that connects with the audience through its diverse story-telling and activism that will leave you full and inspired with the possibilities of the human spirit. There is a message through song for folks of all ages, abilities and persuasions.
