As a Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) member, Ameresco is committed to building relationships with and delivering projects for Indigenous communities and businesses to ensure an equitable and sustainable economy across Canada.
We are also proud to be a Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) certified business which confirms our corporate performance and commitment to Indigenous relations.
In 2022, Ameresco established a partnership with the Indigenous Treaty Partners (ITP) to develop an annual scholarship to promote and support Indigenous students attending post-secondary education in the field of science and engineering. Ameresco Canada’s PAR Committee votes to select a recipient that demonstrates clear goals and passions that align with Ameresco.
